How To Return An Item
We are accepting returns on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at email@example.com for more information, and be sure to include your order number.
The following basic limitations still apply:
- We will not accept returns on any opened products or any item without a receipt.
- The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect and must be the item that was purchased.
If we made a mistake with your order or if your order arrived damaged:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a return label with a tracking #.

Please include in your package the original packing slip showing the order number.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" cannot be returned.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
As of 2020, select items will be considered final sale, including: clothing, shoes, wearables, masks, filters, and personal safety equipment.
All items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer refunds for the original shipping and handling costs paid on your order.
Should you be eligible for a return, we will process a refund for the item(s) on your order to the original payment method upon receiving and verifying the products.
An email notification will be sent to you once we have processed the return.
Please note that funds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your financial institution after being issued.
