How do I send in a tool for repair?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before you submit your order. Once your payment is processed, we'll email you a UPS shipping label. Simply pack your tool and drop it off at the nearest UPS location. If needed, we can deliver a shipping box to your door, though please note this may extend the overall time required to complete your repair.

How long will it take to receive my repaired tool?

Our repair team is committed to returning your tools as quickly as possible. Turnaround times typically range from 2-3 business days, depending on the repair and the tool. Please note, this timeframe does not include additional delivery time.

How do I know when my tool is ready for pick up or delivery?

We'll keep you informed with email updates throughout the repair process, so you'll be notified as soon as your tool is ready for shipment.

I don’t have UPS in my area, how else can I send my tool for repair?
