DrywalPro Dustless Drywall Finishing Tool Replacement Blades (Pack of 2)

Replacement blades for the DrywalPro Dustless Finishing Tool.

• The 4 sided blades are numbered to help identify new sharp edge.
• Cut the dust with DrywalPro.

Includes

• Two 4-sided blades
• Two sets of sliders

Instructions

Blade Change:

1. Remove magnetic finger pad.
2. Loosen thumb screws, flip tabs outward.
3. Flip the 4-sided blade to a fresh edge, use the numbers on the blade to identify the used edge.
4. Flip the tabs back into position.
5. Adjust the blade height. (See blade adjustment for instructions.)

Blade Adjustment:

1. Place tool on flat surface.
2. Loosen thumb screws enough to allow blade to freely move into position.
3. The flat surface will alighn the sliders and blade.
4. Tighten thumb screws firmly.

Note: As sliders wear, re-adjust blade as required.

Slider Replacement:

1. Remove blade.
2. Replace sliders.
3. Set blade adjustment: (see blade adjustment for instructions.)
