All orders of $500 or more qualify for Free Shipping within Canada and USA excluding certain items.  Expected delivery including processing time is between 5 and 10 business days for Free Shipping. Some items cannot be shipped to the USA and rest of the World. 

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Orders are typically shipped the following business day.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Many, but not all manufacturers of our products include a limited manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to manufacturers website for more details. 

If something happens to your product and it is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you can contact the manufacturer to make the claim. Their contact information should be included in the packaging, but if you can’t find it, or if you need any help making this claim, contact us and we will gladly help you in any way we can.
