Dear CSR Customers,

We have been closely monitoring the situation surrounding the current COVID-19 outbreak and will continue to adapt a policy that protects the well-being of our employees. The safety of our customers, employees, and their families is our top priority.

To help curb the spread of COVID-19, we have made a business decision to close our retail showroom until further notice effective immediately. We will still be able to serve you on a limited basis on-line or by contacting our Order Desk by phone. Our updated hours of operation will now be Monday-Friday from 6am to 3pm.


For tools and accessories:

Please order online and select “Pick Up at Store Location” at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a confirmation email or telephone call will follow when your order is ready to be picked up. You may proceed to our special pick up area located at the front of the store. You must have your order number ready for verification.

For Building Materials:

For our account customers, you must call our order center ahead to pick up. Once we receive and pick your order, someone will follow-up letting you know that the order is ready at our Shipping and Receiving door at the rear of the building.
